When you book direct with us, you skip the platform service fee and deal with the team that runs the home. We handle the details before you arrive, we answer quickly while you are here, and we stand behind the stay.

Alex started Vol Hosting on a simple belief: a rental should be run by people who actually care how your trip goes. He leads our owner relationships and sets the standard the homes on this site are held to. When something matters to your stay, it reaches him.
