Is booking direct really cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo?
Usually, yes. OTAs add a guest service fee at checkout, typically in the range of 12 to 15 percent of the booking. Booking direct with us has no service fee: you pay the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and tax, itemized in full before you enter a card.

Where are the cabins?
Across the Smokies and East Tennessee: Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Wears Valley, Knoxville, and Norris Lake. Each listing shows its own location and views.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 60-day cancellation policy applies unless a different policy is stated on your reservation. Ask us before you book and we will confirm the exact terms for your dates.
Are pets allowed?
It varies by home: several of our cabins welcome dogs. Each listing states its pet policy, and if you tell us what you are traveling with we will match you to the right home.
